.060”(60mil) Epdm rubber roof replacement we did last week. We are certified through the manufacturer Carlisle Versico and able to offer their limited lifetime manufacture material warranty. And then we stack their warranty on top of our 25 year craftsmanship warranty and it makes for a bulletproof roofing system covered from all angles ! Dont let just anyone install your rubber roof, the water travels so much slower across a rubber roof versus a pitched roof because its flat so ANY imperfection normally allows water to enter. Beautiful restoration We did for a customer after a tree had fallen on their shed..😬We fixed all of the damage and reframed the rafters and decking and overhang before installing a brand new roof using Tamco-Titan 40year architectural shingles, brand new siding using Plygem-Mastic vinyl siding, and finishing it off with new white aluminum fascia and vented vinyl soffit. The customer was very pleased with how this project turned out, and also with how much we care and how much pride we have in our work! (even if it’s just a shed)🤣.

This customer was having numerous leaks as a result of the shape of their roof and the neighbors roof coming together, and all of the water splashing over their gutters down onto the bay window below. We added another downspout on the opposite end so the gutter could handle more without overflowing. Also there was Aluminum counter-flashing installed the metal into a reglet we cut into the brick. We also made custom aluminum water-diverters so the gutter was 3 inches taller to eliminate any splashing over in the future. Customer was very pleased that this leak was finally taken care of after numerous attempts by other companies failed. (717)526-8048
