WE'RE HIRING!!! We're looking for a Full-Time Drain Cleaning Service Technician to join our team!
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Drain Cleaning Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain issues using professional equipment and provide exceptional customer service. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and helping customers in their moment of need, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
-Diagnose clogs, blockages, and sewer line issues
-Operate drain cleaning equipment (snakes, augers, hydrojets, cameras)
-Communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers
-Complete service documentation and maintain equipment
-Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
-Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
-Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
-Strong problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
