Everybody loves some good before and after photos. The 'before' photos are the finished ceiling that was "ready for paint" according to the professional spackle guy who supposedly skim coated the ceiling. The 'after' photos are what the ceiling looks like after I worked on it, oh and it's painted in semigloss. Went from hot mess to yes🤘

Butting heads with other trades is just a part of the construction world. Painters don't like seeing electricians because they can't mange to put a switch cover on without putting dirty finger prints on the walls. Now we can add landscapers to the list. I just oil primed the walls and the hardwood window frames and the landscaper paid zero attention to the open window and proceeded to blow dirt n leaves onto my walls and frames🤯 it might be Friday but this has Monday vibes all over it SMH😮‍💨☠️

This room received new sheetrock on the ceiling with a level 5 finish, seam replacements and repair on the walls and a full painting. Walls in Accessible Beige. Was a true pleasure to see the customer's face light up when she saw the final product ❤️
