Troubleshooting in New Milford, CT.

One location on this home’s remote lighting system wasn’t working, so Kato headed into one of his favorite places — the attic. 😄

After tracing the wiring and finding a box with disconnected wires, he was able to get everything working again.

And most importantly… Otis approved the job. 🐾👍

A beautiful day for a service call in New Fairfield! ☀️

The customer’s irrigation system had stopped working, and it didn’t take Kato long to spot the problem — a burnt GFCI.

We replaced the damaged GFCI, made sure everything was properly grounded, and got the system back up and running.

Not a bad view from the jobsite today, either. 👍

A newly installed hot water heater needed the right electrical protection to go with it.

We were working in Ridgefield, CT, where we installed a GFCI-protected outlet in the basement — an important safety requirement for this type of location.

Everything is plugged in, tested, and working as it should. ⚡
