Another day in the hills doing what we do.

We never understood how they choose where a pads sits and why it’s always on some of the prettiest fields around, but we’ll fence around them anytime.

This project featured 6” x 8’ CCA treated posts on 10’ centers, 13/48/3 woven wire, and two strands of barbed wire along the top—built to handle the terrain while keeping livestock where they belong.

From rolling pastures to steep grades, quality fencing not only protects your investment but helps preserve the beauty of the land around it.

Another beautiful project wrapped up by Six Fencing LLC.

This horse fence was built using 2”x4” no-climb wire on 5” CCA treated posts, topped with a durable 4” horse rail for added strength, visibility, and a clean finished look.

The corners and ends were constructed with 6”x9’ treated posts and 10’ cross tops, then reinforced using Gripple Quick Brace systems to ensure long-term stability. We also utilized Gripple T-Clips throughout the project to create secure connections while improving installation efficiency.

Before construction began, we cleared dead trees, brush, and debris along the fence line to provide proper access and help protect the fence from future damage. Taking the time to prepare the site correctly is just as important as building the fence itself.

From open pasture to wooded terrain, this fence is built to withstand the elements and provide years of reliable service for both horses and property owners.

The last couple weeks have been full of repairs and progress out in the field 💪

We’ve been fixing up existing fences and clearing out old fence lines and heavy brush to get things ready for a larger ongoing project. Nothing better than turning overgrown, unusable ground into something clean and functional again.

We’ve also got new crew members through orientation and ready to roll — excited to have them on board and putting in work!
