These homeowners had their septic field replaced last year and were having a hard time growing grass in the sand and stone. They had also just replaced the sump line, which was leaking from being hit during the field replacement. They gave us a call to regrade everything and bring in some fresh topsoil so they can reseed. These homeowners had their property forestry mulched last winter and now they wish to plant grass seed and establish a mowable lawn, but the large wood chunks left behind would be detrimental to their lawnmower, so I removed all the residual wood and they are good to go!

Well, the back hurts after this one! Installed a 10x24 pad and two sidewalks. Made the driveway 6 feet wider so the homeowners don’t have to drive on the grass pulling in and out of their new garage, and installed a bunch of topsoil to ensure correct drainage. This young family recently purchased this house at the end of last year, and this spring they discovered it had numerous water problems. Gutter water was running back into the foundation. The grade was pitched back toward the house. Everything was working against them until they contacted us. We tied all the downspouts to run toward the ditch and regraded the yard so water would not roll back into the house. They shouldn’t have any more water issues from here on out 💪🏼

And just like that, these homeowners are ready for grass seed!
