Milestone Construction Services announces the appointment of Amal Bahili as Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

Since joining the company, Amal has played an important role in strengthening Milestone's marketing and communications efforts. She has supported the development of marketing materials, enhanced the company's social media presence, assisted with proposal development, coordinated internal and external communications, and helped showcase the exceptional work of our project teams across multiple platforms.

As Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Amal will oversee social media management, marketing initiatives, company communications, branding efforts, proposal support, and content development while helping advance Milestone's visibility throughout the construction industry and the communities we serve.

We’re proud to showcase the completion of the Peterson Performance 3rd Floor Fit-Out, designed to support the evolving needs of the Athletics Department.

This project included offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, a kitchenette, and support spaces—all completed within an actively occupied facility. Through careful coordination and a strong focus on safety, our team ensured seamless ex*****on without disruption.

New Haven is our home, and so are the communities we serve. Every project is built with care, collaboration, and a deep understanding of what it means to deliver quality work that supports the people and places around it. Our work at Hillhouse High School’s Manufacturing Lab exemplifies this type of work for us - seeing the community come together when it opened and knowing the space will inspire and elevate students into the future is what it’s all about.

As Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro stated at the ribbon cutting:
“This project will allow students to earn an associate’s degree in manufacturing and prepare them to enter the workforce with a high-paying job. Creating manufacturing pipelines is an investment in the local economy, STEM and the workforce, and opens doors for our kids.”
