Another project successfully completed by Milestone Construction Services!

The recent renovations are helping create a more accessible and welcoming space for students, families, and the school community. Improvements include the installation of a five-stop elevator, entirely new HVAC system to cover over 35,000 ft², installation of a new four-story staircase, renovations to existing bathrooms, updated gathering spaces, and renovations and fit-up of other spaces that include offices and classrooms throughout the 132-year-old building.

From accessibility improvements to classroom comfort and updated interior spaces, Milestone worked to improve the functionality and experience of the school for students, faculty, and visitors.
We’re proud of the work our team and trade partners put into completing these improvements and helping create a more comfortable, functional environment for the St. Martin de Porres community.
The photos offer a look at just some of the work completed, with more project content to come.

Closer to Free is more than a ride. It is a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for something that truly matters.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who donated, participated, volunteered, and supported this year’s Closer to Free Ride. Your generosity helped us support Smilow Cancer Hospital and the patients and families who rely on the care and resources provided there.

This event holds a special place in my heart, and it means a great deal to see so many people come together year after year to make a difference. Whether you donated, joined us for the ride, shared our efforts, or simply helped spread the word, you played a part in something bigger than any one of us.

On behalf of Milestone Construction Services, thank you for your generosity, your participation, and your continued support.

We are grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another.

On September 11, we remember the lives lost and the countless lives forever changed by the events of 2001.

We honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, military personnel, and everyday individuals who stepped forward in a time of unimaginable tragedy and uncertainty. We also remember the families, friends, and communities who continue to carry those memories with them.

As we reflect 25 years later, we remain grateful for the strength, unity, and resilience that emerged in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

A Cause That Is Close to My Heart
I’m proud to share that Milestone Construction Services LLC is a proud sponsor of this year’s Closer to Free Ride, on Saturday September 19th, 2026, supporting the important work being done to advance cancer research and patient care at Yale.
This cause is particularly meaningful to me because I am a cancer survivor myself. Having gone through my own journey with prostate cancer, I understand firsthand how deeply cancer affects not only the person facing it, but also their family, friends, and everyone who walks alongside them.
That experience has given me an even greater appreciation for the importance of research, better treatments, early detection, and the hope that organizations like Closer to Free provide to so many people.
At Milestone, we believe being part of our community means more than simply doing business here. It means giving back and supporting causes that can make a real difference in people's lives.
I also want to encourage everyone who is able; to consider making a donation to the Closer to Free Ride. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps support cancer research and patient care and brings us one step closer to a future free of cancer.
If you would like to join us in supporting this important cause, please consider making a donation to Team Milestone Construction Services by going to https://www.rideclosertofree.org/teams/7512 .
Your support can truly make a difference.
To everyone who participates, volunteers, donates, and supports this incredible event—thank you.
As a cancer survivor, I’m proud to stand with you. And as a company, Milestone is proud to be part of the fight to get Closer to Free.
Sincerely,
Frank A Ferraiolo- President

Another installation complete.

Our team recently completed the chamber installation at 208 Whitney Avenue, bringing this scope of work to a successful finish.

From demolition and installation to facility preparation and final completion, the project required careful coordination at every stage to ensure everything came together as planned. We’re proud to see another project milestone completed and the space ready for what comes next.
