💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Pay Scale: $26.00 - $33.00 / hour (Starting pay based on experience)
🕒 Hours: 36-40 hours/week | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:30 PM
💵 Perks: Weekly Pay & Overtime Eligible

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
From gut renovations to fine finish carpentry, you’ll help execute a wide range of residential projects. Duties include demolition, framing, drywall installation/repair, roofing frames, cabinetry, windows/doors, and high-level trim/millwork.
📋 What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years in Residential Construction/Carpentry (Required).
Skills: Knowledge of construction methods, safe power tool operation, reading blueprints, and strong problem-solving skills.
Attributes: Self-starter with great attention to detail, physical stamina for heavy labor/weather conditions, and excellent communication skills.
