With its soaring roofline, custom masonry, and integrated outdoor kitchen, this pavilion was envisioned as an extension of the home where family and friends can gather comfortably throughout the year.

At Homestead, we often talk about the Handwerker (the PA Dutch word for a dedicated craftsperson). While you might usually picture a master craftsman in our shop, the spirit of the handwerker’s commitment to excellence is part of everything we do.

Marlin’s craft is design, planning, and most of all, vision. He doesn’t just see a pool house or pavilion: Marlin can envision the final product from the first shovel to the final nail. He ensures that the Handwerker spirit of excellence is a part of everything we do.
