Quality King in Bellport. As construction manager, West Rac delivered 645,000 square feet of three-story office and manufacturing warehouse, built with insulated tilt-up concrete panels. One of the largest projects in our portfolio.

The Notre Dame Parish Center in New Hyde Park started as a three-story convent. West Rac took it down to the structure and rebuilt it into 15,000 square feet of chapel, sanctuary, offices, a food pantry, and meeting rooms, with a new central stair, elevator, windows and doors, and full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.

Last week, we began the final stage of construction at Sacred Heart with the paving of the main parking lot. We are proud to be part of this beautiful project in Mattituck, NY, and we’re excited to be so close to completion!
