Meet the Team -- Day 5!
Today it's our pleasure to introduce one of the first friendly faces you might see when you walk through the door 👇

Meet Kayla! She is our Lead Server / Bartender and she LOVES what she does. Kayla is a huge part of the reason things run so smoothly up front, and she wants you all to know; "Thanks for giving me a reason to smile every day!" 🥹

When it comes to the menu, Kayla is all for the Philly, or the Station Burger, which is a tough choice! Her favorite drink to make is an Espresso Martini, and if you haven't tried one yet, take this as your sign 🟢

When she's not working, she's watching Elf or Set It Off, or listening to Beautiful Things by Benson Boone.

Next time you're in, let Kayla give YOU a reason to smile! 🥰

Did You Know? 🏆

Nitro was named a 2025 DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor Project of the Year Award winner — a huge honor that reflects the level of craftsmanship and detail we bring to every roof.

With storm season right around the corner, now’s the time to start thinking about protection that lasts. That’s where DaVinci Masterpiece composite roof tiles stand out — built for durability, performance, and serious curb appeal.

DaVinci Roofscapes will be breaking it all down in upcoming videos so you can see exactly what sets these roof systems apart.

💨 High winds are hitting our area today, with gusts approaching 60 mph.

Many homeowners don’t realize that wind damage doesn’t always happen all at once.

Most asphalt shingles are rated for 60–130 mph winds when new, but with older and improperly installed roofs, the adhesive seal that holds shingles down can weaken.

At that point, gusts as low as 45–60 mph can begin lifting shingles repeatedly until the seal breaks. Once that happens, the next strong gust can pull the shingle completely free.

Wind can also impact vinyl siding, causing panels to loosen, flex, or crack — sometimes exposing areas where water can get behind the siding.

These issues aren’t always visible from the ground, but catching them early can prevent much bigger repairs later.

🏠 Nitro Roofing & Construction offers free wind damage inspections.
If today's winds passed through your neighborhood and you'd like peace of mind, we're here to help.

Stay safe out there.

Did you know… vinyl siding is designed to move?

Vinyl siding expands and contracts as temperatures change throughout the year. That’s why it’s installed slightly loose — allowing it to shift without cracking or buckling.

When siding is nailed too tight, it can warp, ripple, or pull away from the house during hot summer days.

Proper installation is what keeps siding looking straight, protecting your home, and lasting for decades.

Small details make a big difference when it comes to protecting your home.

🏠 Nitro Roofing & Construction installs siding the right way — built to handle Ohio weather year after year.

💰Roof Ventilation = Money Saved💰

Did you know…
Poor attic ventilation is one of the leading causes of premature roof failure? When heat and moisture get trapped, shingles curl, decking rots, and mold can form. In summer, attic temperatures can exceed 150°F without proper airflow. Balanced intake and exhaust ventilation can extend shingle life and reduce energy bills. A roof system works best when it breathes.

🌬️ Think your attic might be overheating? Nitro Roofing can assess your ventilation system.
