Here's a basement where the majority of the framing was done years ago and wrapped with paneling but needed a facelift so it could be used for a another useable section of their home! We framed out the columns, added drywall, added a soffit to hide all utilities, new can lights with a beautiful drop ceiling, new LVP flooring wrapped in beautiful white trim and a small kitchen area with a few cabinets/countertop with stainless sink. We also upgraded the basement bathroom with new flooring, custom shower, toilet and trim. Custom shower doors being installed shortly which will top off the new beautiful bathroom!!

We upgraded this customer's bathroom by removing the outdated fiberglass shower pan and installed a custom shower fit with custom bench and niche and finished it off with beautiful shower doors! We also installed new tile on floor and around whirlpool tub, new toilet, new custom vanity with quartz countertops and finished it off with new lights and paint!

Here's a basement we finished up a while back where we added a powder room, couple of storage rooms and a perfect sized family room great for entertaining or kicking back watching some football! We built and burnt/stained a custom countertop, bar bench and hand rail, installed lvp flooring with the white trim which definitly made it pop! Finally, topped it off with the exposed sprayed black ceiling which gave it an open feeling!
