Building a home takes months, and there’s a lot to talk through along the way.

At Work Horse, we keep homeowners in the loop, answer questions, and work through decisions together from the early stages to the finish.

We spend nearly a fourth of our lives at work, so having a good place to do it matters.

A successful construction project takes more than what you see happening on the job site.

There's planning, problem-solving, communication, and plenty of moving parts to keep track of.

Buddah, our VP of Construction, brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience to all of it. And, as you can see, there's rarely a shortage of phone calls.

Brock explains what went into getting the ground ready before construction could begin. 🙌

We work together every day, but we’re not often all in the same room.

That’s why we make time each quarter to gather, share updates, and connect as a team. A few photos from one of those lunches at Maracas here in New Melle.
