We got a lot done this past week! We wrapped up a patio buildout where we extended a patio overhang 17 ft to create a nice outdoor space. We also painted the exterior of that home while we were there. We are 90% completed with an apartment renovation in mid city, just waiting on a few items to arrive in the mail. Fresh hardwood floors in an apartment we're renovating. These floors are about 100 years old. They were in pretty bad shape when we got here. We fixed and patched them where needed, then sanded them down and applied a few coats of polyurethane. They came out beautifully!
