A play yard designed with possibility in mind. 🌱🌷

Our landscape architecture studio reimagined the outdoor environment at Audubon Charter School in Uptown New Orleans, transforming damaged and underused areas into flexible spaces for play, sports, gathering, and exploration.

From a new soccer field and multi-use court to play equipment and a deck woven around an existing tree in the Peace Garden, every element was designed to evolve with the students who use it, shoutout to our amazing Landscape Architecture studio👏🏼

The Chloe | New Orleans, LA

A historic 19th-century mansion reimagined as a boutique hotel, restaurant, and bar—where the character of the past meets a distinctly modern style.

The Chloe features 14 private guest rooms across the upper floors, while the first level welcomes the public with a restaurant, bar, and garden terrace. The renovation also transformed the rear accessory building into a dedicated hotel restaurant and introduced a reconfigured guest check-in, parlor and bar, new courtyard, and beautiful pool and patio area.

This project was coordinated with Sara Ruffin Costello, designer and decorator.

From North Louisiana to New Orleans, we’re highlighting three projects that showcase education, community, and the lasting impact!
 
Grambling State University Digital Library- The new 50,000-square-foot Digital Library, a joint venture with Moliere Chappuis Architects, expands learning opportunities for Grambling State University and the surrounding community. Designed to support a growing student body, the facility is envisioned as the first digital library at a Historically Black College and University in the United States.
 
Robert Russa Moton Charter School- This schoool was designed to provide a modern learning environment for students in New Orleans East. The three-story campus brings together classrooms, collaborative spaces, and community amenities in a facility built to support education for years to come.
 
Harriet Tubman School- This project preserves a historic New Orleans landmark while creating an inspiring place for future generations of learners. Thoughtful renovations honor the building’s legacy while supporting its continued role as an educational cornerstone of the community.
