Swipe right! Tucked into a quiet block of the Warehouse District, just two blocks from the Convention Center, this vacant warehouse had been waiting for its next chapter.

Our clients asked us to reimagine the existing structure as a boutique hotel for convention goers looking for a more intimate place to stay, gather, and host in downtown New Orleans. Even within the constraints of strict historic district regulations, we were able to create something contextual, distinct, and full of new life.
