Progress on carpenters landing project. Complete subfloor repair. Tear out of carpeting, and 3 layers of wood flooring that just kept being laid over thru the years and was rotting away. Rotten joist repaired, new tongue and groove subfloor sheathing glued and screwed down. This being a duplex, we went with a vinyl wood click lock tile that's good for heavy traffic and fairly easy to repair. Some custom door work and jamb extensions were needed. Drywall repair, trim, and paint will be the next photo updates.
