WJE, LLC Mechanical Contractors also wants to recognize Wayne Encalarde for being not only the founder but pillar of a organization that prides itself in excellence. We remained in place during the storm and was up and operated as soon as it past.

Wayne Encalarde's utility truck and trailer were parked in New Orleans' Ninth Ward 16 years ago when Hurricane Katrina's floodwaters ravaged the city and all but completely destroyed the neighborhood.
