Our story started long before TriBuilt.
We are Adam Lawrence and Andrew Poling, longtime friends, Penn State graduates, and the owners of TriBuilt Group.
We first became friends in high school before heading to Penn State, where we became freshman roommates and pursued two different paths that would eventually bring us back together.
With a background in the building industry, Andy studied Architectural Engineering at Penn State before building a career spanning architectural design, construction, project management, and the operations of large-scale building projects.
Raised in a family with a strong construction background, Adam studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering at Penn State before building a career spanning engineering, project management, and the design and construction of high-end equestrian facilities.
For years, we worked on different sides of the industry — gaining experience in engineering, design, construction, project management, and the day-to-day realities of actually bringing a project to life.
Eventually, we realized those different backgrounds fit together pretty well.
That's where TriBuilt Group came from.
We wanted to create a company that didn't treat design, estimating, and construction as separate pieces of a project. Instead, we wanted to bring them together from the beginning — allowing better decisions to be made earlier and giving our clients one team responsible for carrying their vision all the way through construction.
It's a company we're proud to be building together, and we're excited about where it's headed.
