Our team at Pro Finish Tree Care recently completed a crown reduction, shaping, and deadwooding on this Bradford Pear to improve its overall health, appearance, and safety.

Another Bradford Pear removed for a homeowner in New Palestine, Indiana! 🌳

While these trees can look great in the landscape, they’re known for having weak branch unions and a tendency to split as they get larger. This one had become a concern for the homeowner, so they decided it was time to remove it before it could cause any damage.

What a transformation on this property! 🌳🏡

Our crew recently completed a large trimming project focused on improving both the safety and appearance of the homeowner’s landscape.

We started by raising the canopy of a large tree, removing deadwood, and creating a safe 3-foot clearance from the house. We then moved to a co-dominant stem sugar maple, where we performed a canopy raise to improve its structure and overall health.

Along the way, we trimmed back a row of bushes to create some breathing room between the landscaping and the client’s screen room. In the backyard, we removed a stem from a tree growing too close to the house and established a proper 3-foot clearance to help prevent future issues.

We also cleaned up a fir tree by removing deadwood, taking off its three lowest branches, and pruning back a limb that was growing toward the home. Out front, we completed a light canopy raise on another tree and finished by pruning a small maple near the house, creating the clearance needed between the tree, the siding, and the roof.

Projects like this are all about protecting the home, improving tree health, and giving the property a cleaner, more polished look. We appreciate the opportunity to help this homeowner keep their landscape looking its best!
