Gatchellville Designs was started in 1997 with the idea to help the average home owner afford custom designed plans. Being in the building industry for more than 20 years, We've established relationships with engineers, contractors, roof and floor truss manufacturers, and wall panel manufacturers. These relationships and experiences have given us the ability to design homes that are creative, cost

effective, and meet or exceed building codes. Our plans are extremely accurate in all details, so the builder will have no unforeseen issues that would require extra time or money.
