Correcting another contractors lousy work once again.
Today we are removing a cheap sealant called Black Diamond.
This low end product was applied only 9 months ago by a local paver installation company. Needless to say, they never owned up to their mistakes and corrected their work 🙄, leaving this decorated Vietnam veteran to hire another company (Dura Guard) to fix it. Because of his veteran status, we gave him an AMAZING deal, and we will have this pool deck looking the way it should have before the end of the day 👍🏼

Remove patio furniture // deploy our self contained vacuum cleaner into your pool to continuously clean your pool while we are working // high pressure rinse on surface // rolled on application of our proprietary stripping agents // removal of failed sealant with turbo nozzle @ 8 gallons per minute, 3500 PSI, 280 degree hot water temperature // surface clean pavers // high pressure rinse // propriatery weed & mold inhibitor application // re-sanding joints using a special 4 grain silica sand // cleaning of pool deck drains, pool cage bottom railings and surrounding window and wall exteriors // application of 3 heavy coats of sealant electrically sprayed on for even and consistent coverage // non slip additive on 3rd coat.

Brick Paver cleaning and sealing in the new port Richey community of Gulf Harbors in Pasco county Florida. Night and day difference from these neglected, mold ridden brick pavers. There was a total of 2,950 square ft of brick pavers along this driveway, oversized walkways and pool deck. We also chemically "soft wash" cleaned a large 800 square ft composite deck boat lift and dock for this home owner. They're ready to enjoy what's left of the summer on this beautiful outdoor living space.
