With the recent storm that just hit our hometown, tis the season for unsolicited storm chasers. If you can, please use someone local even if it isn’t South Metro Homes, Inc. There are a lot of dependable, local contractors who can assess the possible damage.

Many people that we worked with last year specifically requested we get the material from Mach Lumber in New Prague, which we already do, but it so nice to know how important it is to this community to support locally.

To keep those storm chasers from knocking on your door, we had a sign made last year to keep them from bothering you.

The Jillian Street Townhomes are completed and look awesome!! South Metro Homes, Inc's crew finished the 16 units in 8 days and all of the homeowners are happy. We pride ourselves on protecting the homes and landscaping during the roof construction as well as making sure the jobsite is clean and nail free when we are done. I am very proud of the work that was done on this big project and happy to have the opportunity given to me by the association. Thank you!!

Carter Tupy is out and about advertising for his “boss”. Small town kid helping out a guy who was also raised in this small town. Both take a ton of pride being a NP resident. Andy and Megan Tupy have raised an amazing, young man.
