UrbanEdge is proud to partner with Scott County to help improve safety, traffic flow, and long-term infrastructure for the community. Roundabouts play a critical role in reducing severe crashes while keeping traffic moving efficiently, and we’re honored to be part of delivering these benefits to the region.

Our team is looking forward to collaborating with the project partners and bringing this important intersection to life over the coming months. Stay tuned for progress updates as construction gets underway!

Starting Monday, May 4 and lasting for approximately 10 weeks, the County Highway 23 (Panama Avenue) and County Highway 68 (190th Street East) intersection in Spring Lake Township will be closed to traffic. See the detour map for the posted alternate routes. The detour is necessary for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection.
• County Highway (CH) 23 detour via CH 8, CH 27, CH 21, MN Highway 13
• CH 68 detour via CH 27, CH 8, CH 23, CH 10
