We turned this deck into a a sweet porch. We had to add footings to support it but we got it figured out and built. Turned out awesome!

We all know summers in Minnesota are too short, this homeowner went with a few options on their deck to make the most of it.
-They added a roof to a portion of their deck so they can still be out there on a day with a bit of rain. It will also offer shade when the sun is at its hottest.
-We installed a radiant heater to make those chilly evenings and mornings more comfortable
-Lastly they went with a winter build so they will be ready to enjoy time on their new deck as soon as the weather turns.
