🪵Hardin County Conservation Lodge in Steamboat Rock.

🔨Our team framed and installed windows on this project, as well as providing On-site project management partnership with Kingland Construction.

🔥 New Providence Fire Department Project Update

🎉 It’s next up on our build schedule!

⛈️ The abnormal accsessive rain fall earlier this year caused major delays in our construction schedules. Unfortunately it wasn’t just this job, every job site was affected. Causing excavation & foundation delays. This essentially set us a little over two months back as we fought to get foundations in, when we were slated to start framing these projects.

🗓️ We’re still working through our build schedule as originally planned at the beginning of the year, no jobs are moving up in line.

🔨 We know many people have worked hard raising funds and giving generously to this project, ourselves included. We want to assure everyone we are working as hard as we can to get caught up amd moving forward with projects. One thing we won’t do is sacrifice the quality work to catch up. We continue to use our trusted crews and sub contractors that we know and trust.

📸 We look forward to getting this project moving forward in the next few weeks, and thank everyone for their patience working through this year. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress!

✅ Has carpentry and crew leadership experience

✅ Holds high standards for quality and safety
$22-25hr + Overtime

🪚 FIELD CARPENTERS
We need rough framers, finish guys, and hands who can do it all.
Ideal candidates:
✅ Have jobsite experience and their own hand tools
✅ Know how to work from a drawing or layout
✅ Can work hard, work safe, and work well with a team

🚧 We’re Hiring: Construction Superintendent

Location: New Providence, IA + Surrounding Areas
Pay: $60,000 – $80,000/year (Based on experience)
Work Truck Provided

Honey Creek Design Build is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead our field crews and keep projects running smoothly. Most jobs are within an hour of New Providence, but occasional travel up to 2 + hours will be required.

👷‍♂️ What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily job site operations
• Manage subcontractors and crews
• Keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards
• Enforce safety and company policies
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Foreman

👀 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in construction supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of construction practices, safety, and quality control
• Ability to read and understand plans and drawings

Finally took some shots of some building projects we have completed over the last few years. They always look better once the construction zone is gone and green grass is growing!
