EQUIPMENT OPERATORS NEEDED

KROLL'S in New Richmond is looking for a equipment operator to help with SNOW REMOVAL.

FARMERS have been the best fit in the past, both young and old.

Snow removal is just like farming, only instead of harvesting grain, you're harvesting snow flakes!

The schedule works good for farmers because you'd rather not haul grain to the cities when the roads are snowy/icy. Instead, hop in our loaders/tractors and make some extra money.

We service large commercial properties and the pay would start at $25 per hour.
If you're a keeper, then you will earn up to $35 per hour.

A typical shift would be
2am - 9am when it snows 1/4".
We plow in the early morning in order to service businesses before they open, but your hours can go beyond 9am if desired.

If you want to work more hours, we have more things to do after plowing.
We also produce organic compost and we need another person to help agitate the piles with the payloader.

We take pride in providing our customers with beautiful, fertile soils. This year we are adding a raised bed growing media to our lineup--it's a blend of compost, peat moss, and black dirt. We are happy to give you a quote for any materials that you may need!

Come help us service our commercial accounts in New Richmond and River Falls.

We are looking for both individuals and sub contractors.

Our primary account in River Falls is very close to the UWRF campus, this makes a great job for students.
Our accounts in New Richmond are located right next to each other on mainstreet.

We need both shovelers and operators. We see shoveling as one of the most important parts of the snow removal process and we value your effort. If you do an exceptional job and you are reliable, we tend to pay you extra . . . and we may buy you a coffee every now and then.

You will be an important part of our team. Come get paid to workout and be in the outdoors.

Our accounts have almost zero tolerance for overnight snowfalls, so we will keep you busy. When it snows, we are out clearing snow--we need to keep our lots clear on weekends and holidays.

Previous snow removal experience is preferred, but farm or construction experience is also good to have.
Experience using Kage plows would also be ideal. We run skid steers, pickup trucks, tractors, and front mount mowers to remove snow. If you have a Class A or B CDL, then that would be great.

We have been servicing our accounts for 10+ years, so this would be a recurring position each winter. You will serve businesses in our local communities and your efforts will be appreciated.

We are also looking for a triaxle dump truck driver for excavation in the summer. If you are looking to work for a stable small business, then Kroll's is the place!

Here are some recent pictures from ripping a few yards to prepare for fall hydroseeding. If you have hard soil it works well to bust up and mix the top 6"+ of soil before seeding.

This customer did not want to adjust soil fertility, but this is when we would typically incorporate any necessary lime and/or fertilizers.
