We drove 105 minutes today to meet with some great people!

What started as a quote for a ballistic reception window quickly turned into a larger conversation about ballistic walls, ballistic doors, camera systems, access control, and virtual training.

That’s the value of working with a team that can deliver complete security solutions, not just individual products.

We’re excited about the opportunity and ready to take the next step..

On our way back we stopped to enjoy a late lunch at Agape in Lewis Center, Ohio. This was the first time there for Chase and he will be back.

The importance of an organized service vehicle cannot be stressed enough. Knowing where your tools, materials and equipment are at all times saves time. Taking the time to put everything away in it's proper place make take some time to do, however it saves you an immense amount of time on your next job and God willing there will always be another job!

THIEVES:

If criminals can steal it, store it, and resell it, your jobsite is part of their business model.

The recent Florida organized theft bust showed exactly what many companies ignore: construction sites are not just being hit by random thieves. They are being targeted for tools, appliances, electrical supplies, fixtures, hardware, and materials that can be flipped for profit.

Do not let your jobsite become overflow inventory for someone else’s “retail store.”
Locks get cut. Containers get opened. Materials disappear. Then everyone acts surprised.

Security is not what you say you have after the theft. Security is what you had in place before the theft.

Bee-Safe helps protect jobsites with cameras, access control, alarms, patrol visibility, and security planning that makes criminals look for an easier target.

Some of the most important work our Bee-Safe Officers do will never make the news or receive the recognition it deserves.

This photo was taken May 2, 2026, while some of our officers were working the Tiffin University graduation ceremony.

What people see is the uniform, the badge, and the presence.

What they do not always see are the sacrifices behind it.

Our officers respond to disruptive situations, medical calls, mental health crises, threats of self-harm, violence, trauma, and moments most people never want to face.

They are not just standing post.
They are protectors, mentors, counselors, and a steady presence when someone needs support. They build trust, check on people, share in celebrations, and carry the weight of situations most will never know about.

Recognition does not always come from where it should, but Bee-Safe sees you.

To our Bee-Safe men and women in uniform:
Thank You!!!

You serve with honor, discipline, compassion, and strength.

Outstanding work. Bee-Safe is proud of our team members!

Some of the most important work our Bee-Safe Officers do will never make the news, never be posted publicly, and often never receive the recognition it truly deserves.

This photo was taken May 2, 2026, while some of our officers were working the Tiffin University graduation ceremony on campus. What people see is the uniform, the badge, and the presence.
What they do not always see are the sacrifices behind it.

Our officers respond to disruptive individuals, medical emergencies, mental health crises, threats of self-harm, violence, trauma, and situations most people never want to walk into. They are often the first calm voice in someone’s worst moment.

Because of privacy, professionalism, and respect for those involved, we cannot run to the media or publicly share the countless times our officers have been trusted by victims, supported students in crisis, sat quietly with someone who just needed another person nearby, or helped someone through a moment where they felt completely alone.

Our officers are not just standing post.

They are counselors when someone needs to talk.

They are mentors when someone needs direction.

They are protectors when someone is vulnerable.

They are a steady presence when families are hundreds of miles away.

They are part of the campus community during the hard moments and the celebrations.

They play games with students. They have meaningful conversations. They check on people. They build trust. They carry the weight of situations most will never know about.

Recognition does not always come from where it should, but Bee-Safe sees you.

We see the long hours.

We see the emotional weight.

We see the professionalism.

We see the sacrifices your families make.

We see the selfless acts that happen when no one is watching.

To our Bee-Safe men and women in uniform:
Thank You!!!

You represent the mission of Bee-Safe with honor, discipline, compassion, and strength.

You are more than security officers.
You are a support system, an extended family, and a trusted presence to many of the people you serve.

Outstanding work. We are proud of you.

Also on Monday we traveled to East Cleveland/Euclid to meet with Noble Academy officials to discuss installer a ballistic window for their office and upgrading their camera system.

They informed us that Bee-Safe came strongly recommended to them by another school we had taken care of in Toledo, Ohio.

Images are of the Ballistic Window we installed for their office area. This project required removal of prior window, marble tiles, etc and ended with ballistic glass and putting marble back and trim work.

This says a lot about her character. Love seeing one of our local athletes show this kind of compassion.

Moments like this matter. Great example of sportsmanship, kindness, and character.
