We lost the JOY behind GloJoy this weekend.

RIP Tamara Joy 🥺

Everyone celebrates the wins in the field.
The cranes.
The closings.
The ribbon cuttings.

But what about the gal in the office making sure the contracts are right, payroll runs, compliance is tight, and the checks actually go out?

Because without her, nothing moves.

Tamara was that woman.

Steady. Sharp. In control.

And she taught us all something that had nothing to do with spreadsheets or procurement lists that I’d like to pass along to others who did not know her 👇🏾

You don’t have to dull your femininity to lead. She proved you can be both.

So go ahead and be girly. Be sharp. Be powerful.

In her memory, I honor all the women who keep this industry running — in the office, in the field, and everywhere in between, this women in construction week and every week, because we don’t prescribe to that around here either 🤌🏽.

This demonstration of fire resilience wall systems was showcased at International Builders’ Show 2025, highlighting how innovation continues to raise the standard for safety, performance, and resilience in modern construction.

One of the most important parts of what we do goes beyond the job site.
