Our Florida Days community is proud to be home to so many leaders serving and representing our area — Our County Tax Collector, the City of New Smyrna Beach Attorney, Ciry of New Smyrna Beach Airport Director and the current Chief Assistant Public Defender for the 7th Circuit.

This morning, neighbors gathered in Esther Park in Florida Days to hear more from Larry Avallone about his campaign for Circuit Court Judge and to show our support.

We’re especially proud to have Larry representing our neighborhood with integrity, professionalism, and genuine commitment. It was a great morning connecting with neighbors and rallying behind one of our own as he seeks to serve our circuit with fairness and experience. We’re thrilled to share some exciting news—Infrastructure has officially begun on our final phase in Florida Days! 20 years in the making, Phase Four will introduce 30 thoughtfully designed homesites- offering a diverse mix of sizes and orientations to suit a variety of lifestyles, including estate lots, rear alley entry lots, and beautiful park-side settings. This new phase will also feature a secondary entrance off Turnbull Bay Road and complete the community connection with the extension of Cattail Circle, seamlessly tying all of Florida Days together. Pricing details to be announced at a later date as we are just in the early stages of development. We anticipate sharing more details as they become available and opening sales in Fall 2026.
