I have been in this kind of business for quite a while. I've owned a small business in Minneapolis and later moved it to the New Town area. While living in Mpls for 20 years I received completion certifications and licensing in the areas I am contracting/serving. I've performed management positions in the area of residential services in the non-profit and not-for-profit industry. I've worked with

real estate/realtors to prepare properties for sale and inspections. I've done maintenance in both commercial and residential properties which such position required boiler licensing which I acquired during my tenor in the Twin Cities area. I also retained a retirement status from Local 132 laborers Union located in St. Paul Mn. which I was a member.
