Zinniel Utility Contracting is hiring full-time, seasonal laborers, and equipment operators (backhoe, cable plow, drill operator/locators, etc...) to add to our expanding crews and workload. Qualified individuals must have a valid driver's license. Wages start at $22+/hour depending on experience and skill. Additional pay for Class A CDL drivers. Benefits available include; holiday pay, health insurance (50% company paid first year, 100% company paid after first year), HSA with company contribution, 100% company paid dental insurance, retirement plan with company match up to 3%, PTO, performance bonuses, annual retention bonus, and more. Equipment and vehicles are current and well-maintained.
