Bronson Door Co is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our front office operations within a construction-based trade environment.
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
💲 $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Prepare accurate customer quotes and proposals
✔️ Schedule service calls, installations & estimates
✔️ Enter invoices & payments (Sage software)
✔️ Coordinate with technicians & management
✔️ Maintain customer records & job documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Office/admin or customer service experience preferred
• Strong phone & communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email & data entry)
• Organized, reliable & positive attitude
• HR experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn product lines, specifications, options and applications in detail

National Sons and Daughters Day seemed like the perfect excuse to introduce the second generation of the Bronson Door family!

Meet Samantha and Blake!

Samantha keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine (and keeps Bryan on schedule 😉). From commercial pricing to invoicing every completed service call, she’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure everything stays on track.

Blake is one of our lead technicians and the guy we send when a job gets complicated. From tricky repairs to fire door work, inventory management, and industry research, he brings years of hands-on experience to the team.

Both Samantha and Blake grew up around garage doors, so this industry is truly in their blood. We’re proud to have them carrying on the Bronson Door legacy!

We've been feeling a little nostalgic lately.

Last week, while installing a door in downtown Lees Creek, we found ourselves talking about how we got our start.

When Bryan decided to start the business, he stayed with his brother, who lived in Lees Creek, and spent his weekends installing doors while building a customer base.

Our very first "shop" was a small storage shed rented from a neighbor. Unfortunately, it's long gone, so we don't have any photos of it. After we outgrew the little storage shed, we stored materials in the back room of the grocery store that once sat at the corner of Larrick Road and State Route 729.

From what we've learned, it was originally Leslie Bros. Grocery and later became Garber Meats.

If you drove through town in 1995/1996, you might remember seeing semis parked along Larrick Road while we unloaded doors and materials through the side entrance. It wasn't glamorous, but it got the job done.

To everyone who has supported our small business over the years, thank you. We're truly grateful to be part of this community and appreciate every opportunity you've given us.
