After onsite cut/fill, the Adams team completed land installations of an 82,000 square foot building pad, 68,000 square feet of surrounding paved areas, and 530 feet of storm drainage. Lastly, the site was finish-graded.

Adams Land Improvement Contractors is experienced in raising dams, removing silt, removing trees, renovating dams and drop pipe structures. If caught early enough, a drop pipe structure can be replaced without having to drain the lake and with minimal disturbance to the dam. We use state-of-the art GPS technology in the planning and design of lakes and dams. This technology allows accurate topography of the site for full utilization of the land area.

For this business park, work comprised of on-site cut/fill, subgrade lime stabilization, and import of selected fill fur building pads. Afterward, Adams finished grading the site. Features included a 1 acre detention pond and 1600 feet of storm drainage.

Safety is of the utmost importance and we have best practices in place for land clearing. We use properly maintained equipment and all of our personnel are trained and experienced. We conduct a detailed inspection of every site prior to job start, and work with our clients to ensure that trees are adequately marked prior to clearing.

This project was completed after an initial layout and design with client, who wanted a fish habitat. The Adams team consulted with a fish biologist to create the perfect environment. After site clearing, the lake was constructed, including a dam, overflow pipe, and an emergency spillway.

After the project settled, the pond and surrounding areas were seeded and fertilized.
