🎉 **32 YEARS OF FRED!** 🎉

This August, we’re celebrating 32 years of Fred being part of the Jeemco family! ❤️

As Jeemco’s longest-standing employee, Fred has been here through a whole lot of changes, a whole lot of jobs, and a whole lot of memories—and he has helped make Jeemco what it is today.

For 32 years, Fred has been one heck of a worker and an amazing foreman. He’s someone people love working with, someone they can learn from, and someone they know they can count on.

But what makes Fred so special goes far beyond the work.

Fred talks to us about more than just the job. He makes us laugh, listens when we need someone to talk to, and somehow always seems to have a little wisdom to share when life gets complicated. He shows up for his people, however he can, and he genuinely cares about the people around him.

And if you’ve ever had the pleasure of working with Fred, you already know—he doesn’t just consider us coworkers. We’re his family. And we feel the exact same way about him. ❤️

There’s a reason Fred was the recipient of Jeemco’s very first JGJ Heart Award, an award created to recognize the employee who truly cares for their work family. Looking back at that day, it’s pretty clear how much love goes both ways.

Fred Davison, thank you for 32 incredible years. Thank you for your hard work, your leadership, your humor, your advice, and for always being someone our people can count on.

While the fireworks have faded, our gratitude remains.

As we reflect on our nation's **250th anniversary**, we're reminded that the freedoms we enjoy today have been preserved through the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of generations of American service members.

As a **veteran-owned company**, Jeemco is proud to honor those who have served—and those who continue to serve. The values of integrity, commitment, resilience, and selfless service are woven into our company and continue to guide the work we do every day.

To every veteran, active-duty service member, Reservist, National Guard member, and military family: **thank you**. Your service and sacrifice have helped shape our nation for 250 years, and we are deeply grateful.

The Jeemco Family is heartbroken beyond words at the loss of one of our own.
Chase was a remarkable young man who touched our lives in ways both big and small. He had what we lovingly called the "Chase Way"—a quiet strength, a humble spirit, and a willingness to help whenever someone needed him. He never sought recognition for the things he did; he simply showed up, worked hard, and cared for the people around him.
To Chase's family, please accept our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. There are no words that can ease the pain of such a loss, but we want you to know that you are not carrying this burden alone. We are here for you, and we will continue to surround you with our love, prayers, and support.
To our customers, subcontractors, and vendors, we ask that you keep Chase, his family, and all who loved him in your thoughts and prayers.
Chase, the world feels a little dimmer without your quirky smile, your shining eyes, and your gentle presence. You left footprints on our hearts that will never fade, and your place in the Jeemco Family can never be filled.
We find ourselves imagining you now—building something amazing with those gifted hands, climbing mountains without fear, and sitting beside a campfire so large it lights up the heavens. And somehow, that thought brings us comfort.
Though our hearts ache today, we are grateful for the time we had with you, for the laughter you shared, the help you freely gave, and the quiet example you set for all of us.
Know that you were deeply loved. Know that you are profoundly missed. And know that you will always be a part of the Jeemco Family.
