that we do the absolute best we can, that we complete the work in every detail, that the work is performed with love, even if it is just the love of work, that it is endowed with the joy of creativity, and that when it is finished, we are completely satisfied with it. Working in that fashion also causes what we work on to

work on us. When we polish an exterior surface to the maximum limits of our potential, our own interior surfaces are polished as well. As we repair a tool, a relationship, a garment, doing it as well as we can, we are repaired. As we endow our work with durability, so we endure.
