On to the next maintenance in Ridgewood Queens NY.. Burnham 3 zone hydronic boiler, getting it ready for winter season, Found Taco pressure reducing valve not working...We cleaned burners .cleaned lwco cutoff and oiled up BG 100 circulators along with testing all limit controls ¹¹j0h

Repairing a old Weil MClain steam system found bad ignition sequence .Replaced from old spark setup to new spark ignition ,Spark pilot assembly with flame sensor ,New ignition module and new gas valve .
