We handed kids disposable cameras at the grand opening of Shooting Star Park at the Stafford Air & Space Museum and let them capture their own playground adventure. No adult direction, no posed shots — just what caught their eye. Here’s what they saw.

Tucked into the leafy green setting of Golden Gate Park's Panhandle, this playground was designed to grow with every visit.

A log climber, slides, swings, and a sea-inspired sand play area invite kids to explore at their own pace, with graduated risk built in so challenges grow alongside their confidence.

The result is a space that celebrates its natural surroundings while giving kids room to test their limits, build new skills, and connect with each other through play.
