Basement Remodeling

When renovating your basement, the first step is to remove your existing basement with a complete demolition. Followed by demolition our team will do the following:

Insulate the interior walls of the basement with fiberglass insulation

Install new electrical switches, outlets, and modern lighting

Sheetrock the interior walls and ceilings with green board moisture resistant sheetrock

Install new flooring (style chosen by the customer)

Install all new moldings, interior doors, and locks

Install new windows

Prepare the walls with tape, 3 coats of compound, polish and finish paint.

Kitchen Remodeling

The first thing we do is always ask the client what would you like and what are you missing in your kitchen. Our goal is to design your dream kitchen to give you exactly what you have always wanted. The first step in remodeling a kitchen is a full demolition of the existing kitchen, down to the studs. The remodeling process will consist of the following steps:

Re-insulate any exterior walls

Install new electrical hookups and modern lighting fixtures

Install new plumbing hookups

Install new sheetrock to be taped and compounded

Three coats of compound polished and ready for paint

Installation and leveling of new flooring

Installation of your custom cabinetry which will include: all cabinets (top and bottom), crown moldings, granite or quartz custom counter tops, new custom sinks and faucet, backsplash tiles with installation between the upper and lower cabinetry, and finished paint.

The contractor will install all appliances.

Our team specializes in creating custom bathrooms to fit any clients wants and needs. We start by doing complete demolition of your existing bathroom, down to the studs of the wall to start on a clean slate. Previous systems will be replaced with new plumbing hook ups and new electrical hook ups, insulation for bathroom walls, wonder board in your tub area and green board sheet rock throughout the rest of the bathroom.

All walls, ceilings, and floors are renovated to our customers taste. The client will be able to choose from custom tile which our team will then install. All new fixtures will include tubs and/or shower, toilets, sinks, vanities, medicine cabinets, and more!

The first step in redesigning the exterior of your home is presenting the client with 15+ color samples to choose from. The exterior walls are prepped with a three quarter inch styrofoam insulation, followed by the installation of insulated vinyl siding onto the walls.

In addition, our team will cover:
l trim work in a 1/3 vented soffit system
New aluminum fascia

Recap all windows and doors in aluminum
Caulk and seal all windows and doors
Install new custom seamless gutter and leader systems

We have certified GAF Timberline roofing installers specializing in the installation of your new roofing system. The first step in choosing a new roof is for the client to choose from over 20+ colors for a roof that will match your home. Our team will then strip all layers of your shingled roofing down to the sub-roof. At that point, we must check the wood to make sure there is no rot underneath.

Being a GAF certified roofing installer, we will install a certified roof system to the exterior of the home which will include:
Double starter shingle
GAF Deck Armor
GAF Leak Barrier (ice shield)
