The Workforce Wakeup Call: Let’s Turn the Conversation into Action! 🚀

I had a great time moderating the Workforce Wakeup Call at the 7x24 Exchange Northeast Regional Conference in Atlantic City alongside my fellow industry experts , ., , & .

As they say, third time’s a charm! This was our third discussion on the data center workforce challenge, and the audience helped make it one of our most engaging conversations yet. We talked about moving beyond awareness to action — from introducing students and young professionals to the industry, to engaging parents and educators, building partnerships with technical schools, and opening data center doors to show the next generation the incredible career opportunities available.

The message is clear: building the future data center workforce is a shared responsibility. We need to work together as an industry to attract new talent, develop the next generation of professionals, and create pathways into this growing field.

Thank you to my fellow panelists and everyone who contributed to the lively discussion. Let’s keep the conversation going — and, more importantly, turn it into action!

From Times Square to Wall Street! 🗽
It was a pleasure to attend the Catholic Charities Brooklyn & Queens 2026 Bishop’s Humanitarian Dinner at the iconic Cipriani’s on Wall Street. The evening celebrated the important work of Catholic Charities Brooklyn & Queens (CCBQ) and helped support the many programs and services they provide to make a difference in the lives of so many people throughout Brooklyn and Queens.

It was great to spend the evening with friends and colleagues, and especially nice to see Bishop Brennan. And of course, no evening at Cipriani’s would be complete without their legendary Bellinis and the incredible waitstaff who make the experience so memorable. 🍑🥂

From a great day of emerging technologies and data center discussions in Times Square to an evening celebrating community, service, and philanthropy on Wall Street it was a pretty special day in New York City!

Excited to attend the New York City Emerging Technologies Summit at the world-famous Carmine’s in Times Square!🗽 And who doesn’t love the incredible food at Carmine’s? Hosted by , Business Communications, , and , the summit featured some great discussions on the future of technology, including:

Along with the insightful discussions, we enjoyed plenty of laughs, drinks, great conversations, and, of course, some of the best Italian food in NYC. Carmine’s is truly a New York institution. As you walk through the restaurant, you see photos of the many famous people who have stopped in after seeing a Broadway show. It was great to see , ’Brien, , , and Ken B.

Another great day of golf and a little Black Jack for a great cause — Rewired for Autism! ⛳️

It was a little hot out there, but we managed to play all 18 holes before the downpour arrived! It was especially great to see so many young adults participating, getting involved, and supporting this important cause.

Wishing All the Best!

Today was Fiona’s last day as our Summer Intern at . She brought fresh, creative ideas and a great perspective straight out of college, giving us plenty to think about as we continue to grow and evolve our marketing efforts.

We are grateful for all of her hard work and contributions this summer and wish Fiona all the best of luck in her future endeavors! We know she has a bright future ahead. 🎓🌟
