Its official, NY / NJ Elevator Co., has been awarded the modernization of Iona University’s Loftus Hall elevators!

Phase 1: Replacement of the Dover TIII elevators starts the end of May. New MCE I-Boxes with Imperial gearless machines will soon be living on the Loftus Hall campus for years to come.

Michael Frangias, CEO of NY / NJ Elevator Co. Stated “I was able to ride these elevators 25 years ago at the beginning of my career when I was a helper. Even back then I had dreams about how much better these elevators could be. So now to be able to remove these loud dirty generators and replace the leaking machines with gearless imperials machines, I am really excited that our team will be provide another 25 years+ of great running reliable service that we can attach our name too.
