What’s below the surface matters. 🔍
These photos highlight our mark-outs and findings, including electrical, wire mesh, anomalies, and depth readings. All critical information for safer, more informed cutting and coring.

On this job we used the RD7000 Radiodetection wand to locate electrical readings and the Conquest GPR system to run grid scans that mapped out rebar and wire mesh. The result? Clear data, safer drilling, and no surprises below the slab.

The purpose of this survey was to scan an area to confirm that the concrete slab is thicker than 12”. In order to do so we performed line scans throughout the area using the Conquest Concrete Imaging System. The Conquest GPR unit specializes in evaluating concrete structures and detecting
embedded metallic/non-metallic objects.

Our GPR scan on this site uncovered more than expected…several live electrical lines, rebar and some mystery anomalies were found! Without scanning first, this could’ve turned into a dangerous(and expensive) situation. Always scan before you core, cut, or dig!
