MODULAR OR STICK-BUILT?
If it’s hard to tell—that’s the point.
We approach every project as architects first.
Modular isn’t an aesthetic or a limitation—it’s a delivery strategy. In the right conditions, it can offer real advantages in cost, schedule, and construction quality.
But it only works if you understand the system.
Dimensional constraints, transport limits, assembly limitations, structural requirements - these are real. Our process is about working within those parameters early, so they don’t read as constraints later.
The goal isn’t to make modular look modular. It’s to make good architecture tuned to site, client, and use.
Some of these projects are prefab. Some aren’t.All of them are designed with the same rigor and consideration.
