Awesome fan but a ceiling fan never has its brand name on it maybe on the pull chain. Brands have its name on appliances never a fan, fans are like furniture.

A residential skyscraper in Brooklyn has 397 units each one ranges between $2k - 3k how does a building this big make money? If all units where occupied that’s $1 - 1.3 million a month or $15 million a year. What is the mortgage on that monstrosity, doesn’t add up.
