The clients sought durable, low-maintenance surfaces and a calming aesthetic with minimal flair. This led to the incorporation of stainless steel countertops and large porcelain tiles with subtle texture. The terracotta red tiles add depth to the color palette and a nod to one client's Chinese heritage!

The project design compliments the historic character of the unit, building and the neighborhood in general while offering a refreshing and modern aesthetic! Little fun challenge was to carve out an en-suite bathroom for the primary bedroom. Colors, textures and patterns of the finish materials add a crafted quality to the design vision!!
