I am subletting part of my wood shop located at 134-02 91st Ave Richmond Hill, NY 11418. This is a great opportunity for any woodworker looking for a space to work on their craft. The shop has plenty of tools and equipment for all your woodworking needs. We have two Altendorf panel saws. In good condition. Sharp blades. It also has a separate area for storing finished products. The shop is in a great location and is close to Van Wyck and GC Parkway.
