Seo Architect performed the schematic design of the renewal project for a new decade of Gracefully, which has served East Village as the best gourmet market for a long time. The challenge was maintaining the existing floor finishes, enabling the renewal of each section separately while keeping the business open, and enhancing the brand image through a cost-effective design.

NoFlex NYC
The project involves converting the 1st-floor Mercantile space into a Place of Assembly space(Eating and drinking establishment, bar & lounge) and converting the Cellar Storage into a Commercial Kitchen. Seo Architect led the planning of the new restaurant layout, including the first floor bar and Mezzanine. The building's secondary egress has been re-routed at the Cellar for a new Certificate of Occupancy, and new storefronts and exits have been designed for increased occupants.

We share a townhouse renovation project in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. This is the work of reviving the old woodburning fireplace with a modern gas fireplace. We had a quick study in proportion and composition of the fireplace geometry. And this will also help the client determine finish material pallete.
