Today I'm happy to share my latest architectural concept design project of Maritime Academy "NAUTICA"

Located on the south-east coast of the Black Sea, near Batumi City, Georgia, it will be implemented in an admirable natural site and will embody the innovations of modern architecture.

Inspired by sea ship forms, I challenged myself to create unique and diverse structures that express individual character combined with a Healthy Lifestyle!

Modern brutal architecture style with stunning cantilevered volumes emphasizes function and streamlined form volumes accented with custom-made stainless steel and concrete elements!

Minimalistic modern lines of the house are mitigated by the warmth of natural materials in the finishes of – natural stone, wood, steel, and textured plaster. Landscaping is used to soften the hard lines of the exterior.

Healthy Build principles, energy efficiency, and sustainable approaches guide alongside consideration of client desires, lifestyle, and project location, bringing innovative touches to every single part of the design solution.
