Part of our residential project at 20 East 9th St, NYC, this home office showcases the craftsmanship behind every detail - from bespoke built-in cabinetry and elegant arched shelving to custom French doors and refined hardware. A thoughtful balance of functionality and timeless design brings character to this workspace.

A Manhattan sanctuary, defined by crafted details. ✨

Located at 215 E 19th St in , NYC, this residential renovation showcases bespoke wall panelling, where clean vertical lines and warm wood tones bring texture, character, and architectural interest to the space. We’re excited to share a first look at Elder NYC, one of three distinctive dining concepts at Henry Hall, located at 515 W 38th Street in NYC, alongside Apas and Indienne.

Aerial Design and Build served as General Contractor for all three projects, helping to bring these unique dining destinations to life in collaboration with Mapa Mueller Design, the designer behind all three spaces. We’re proud to have played a part in creating these exciting additions to New York City’s vibrant culinary scene!

We’re thrilled to celebrate this exciting milestone for Fishs Eddy and its DUMBO, Brooklyn location, featured in Forbes magazine.

Located at 81 Front Street, the 3,800-square-foot store brings Fishs Eddy’s unmistakable character to Brooklyn, featuring a unique mix of vintage finds, one-of-a-kind pieces, and signature products - including iconic patterns inspired by Brooklyn brownstones and the Brooklyn Bridge. 🏙️

From their beloved location to their new , Fishs Eddy continues to bring creativity and distinctive New York style to every space.

We’re especially proud to have served as General Contractor for the DUMBO location, helping bring this exciting new space to life!

🛁 The bathrooms of our 955 Fifth Avenue, NYC renovation

✨ The bathrooms continue the residence’s calm, sophisticated character, with natural stone, warm wood tones, refined metalwork, and carefully considered details creating spaces that feel both timeless and distinctly residential.

✨ From sculptural vanities and bespoke hardware to layered tilework and tailored lighting, every element was thoughtfully integrated into the overall design of the newly unified residence.

We’re proud to share one of our completed hospitality projects at , 301 6th Ave, New York City.

From the build-out to the finishing details, our team at Aerial Design and Build worked to bring this neighborhood restaurant to life - creating a space that balances character, functionality, and a distinctly New York feel.

The finished interior features warm wood tables, custom booth seating, vintage-inspired tile flooring, exposed brick, bold signage, and statement lighting that gives the space its own personality.

Aerial Design and Build | 167 Perry Street, NYC

Another residential project completed. ✨

We’re proud to share the recently completed transformation at 167 Perry Street in New York City, a project that began in May 2026 and has now reached completion.

The finished residence brings together a warm, refined material palette with clean contemporary detailing. Highlights include a custom wood kitchen with integrated cabinetry, a substantial stone-clad island, natural wood flooring, and a bright, thoughtfully detailed bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed tub and shower, subway tile, and hexagonal floor tile.
