OCV Architects revitalized 60 East Tremont Ave in the Bronx, converting an abandoned single-story funeral parlor into a two-story administrative office for the community organization Citizens Advice Bureau, now known as BronxWorks.

On Wednesday night, October 23, OCV Architects joined hundreds of New Yorkers in celebrating another year of achievements in and advocates of the supportive housing community at the Supportive Housing Network of New York's annual gala.

OCV Architects was delighted to join Providence House last night in celebrating 40 years of service to homeless women and children in NYC. Congratulations Providence House and we look forward to handing over two beautiful buildings that will continue the mission of improving the lives of New Yorkers in need! The Kelly Street Rehab & Gardens was an OCV project that turned four blighted buildings into a neighborhood boon. Five years later it continues to serve residents by growing not just food but also community. Morgan Stanley posted a video about the project and its successes.

A community garden is the beating heart of the renovation of an affordable housing complex. Morgan Stanley helped underwrite the revitalization, which created more than 500 units of high-quality housing.
